Disciples Worldwide Aviation Missionary Training Program

At Disciples Worldwide Aviation, our mission is to train and equip the next generation of missionary pilots to carry the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth. Our focus is to prepare skilled pilot mechanics who are, above all, devoted missionaries—empowered to make disciples and reach the world’s most remote communities using aircraft as strategic tools for the Kingdom.

Our immersive three-year program provides comprehensive flight training, Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification, theological education, and discipleship—all delivered with the aim of graduating students debt-free.

Located on a cattle ranch at the western edge of Wyoming’s Big Horn Mountains, our base offers abundant sunshine for flying, a network of local airports, and numerous off-airport landing sites ideal for advanced mountain flight training.

We also offer turbine time-building opportunities and intentionally keep class sizes small (only four students at a time) to ensure highly personalized, hands-on instruction from expert mentors.
